what to expect
On your first visit, we’ll review your dental and medical history form, your dental x-rays (if you have them sent to us from another office) or we will take new x-rays if required. Then, we’ll perform an exam and share the results. If treatment is necessary, we’ll present all options and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. We recommend you come prepared to share any dental health hopes or concerns.

For your first visit you will need to fill out a “New Patient Registration” form and provide your dental insurance information (if you are insured).
